  • Why you don’t have shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska?
    Even though Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska are part of the United States as any other state, at this moment, we do not have coverage to these cities.
  • Do you have physical stores?
    We would like to share with you that at this point we are an online store exclusively. Therefore, we do not count with a physical store for walk-ins and our products are shipped from different warehouses within the United States.
  • Do you have overnight shipping?
    At this moment, we do not have overnight shipping, however we have different shipping options (available at the checkout page) so you can choose the one that works for you the best
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Order cancellations are allowed up to 45 minutes after receiving your emailed order confirmation. You can cancel your purchase through your account profile or by calling one of our Experience Makers during business hours. Once that time has passed, we are no longer able to cancel the order or stop shipment.
  • I received a damaged product, what do I do now?
    Please send pictures of how the product was received to our email: customerservice@zoramart.com With this information, our experience makers Will evaluate the damage and will contact you back as soon as possible with the best resolution
  • How can I initiate a return?
    You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt for a refund using the following link: https://www.zoramart.com/shipping-policy
  • Where are you located?
    Our main warehouse is located in Sacramento, CA. However, we ship from different warehouses throughout the US.
  • Do you have international shipping?
    At the moment we don't have international shipping, we are able to ship to the United States only (With the exception of Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska
  • My package was marked as delivered but I don’t have it yet. What do I do?
    We recommend waiting for 48 hrs. to make sure the package will be delivered to the shipping address. If after 48 hours you have not received the package, please contact the carrier so they can provide further information on where the package can be. If no solution is provided, contact us by phone, chat or email and we’ll be more than glad to help you.
  • Do you offer warranty on your products?
    We cover 30 days from the date of purchase for all claims (damaged, defective, etc.) After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further warranty information.
  • What are the exact time frames for the orders?
    Our Standard Shipping and delivery process takes between 4-7 business days. The order takes 1-2 business days to be shipped by our warehouse and another 2-5 business days to be delivered by the carrier to the shipping address.
  • Can I choose the carrier to deliver my package?
    We would like to inform you that we work with an automatic system for the handling process. Therefore, the carriers are randomly selected between UPS, FedEx and USPS. Usually, FedEx uses a hybrid shipping service in which they pick up packages from our warehouse, start the shipping and once they arrive in the city of the destination, they hand the packages off to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for the final delivery to the end customer. But most of our packages are currently being delivered by UPS.
  • There is no packing slip on my order, where can I find my order number?
    You can find it easily on the order confirmation we sent to your email address, we recommend you to always check your promotions or spam folder if you don´t have the email on you regular inbox. If after checking the email you still don´t have the order number, you can contact our Experience Makers and with your email address you use to male the purchase we can locate the order.
  • Can I combine discount codes?
    No, you may only use one discount code at the time and products that get a bulk discount applied automatically don't qualify for additional discount codes either. You may save your additional discount code for your next order.
  • How is our Shipping Cycle?
    1. You confirm your order and get the confirmation email 2. We send the order details to our warehouse to fulfill your order and this process is called Handling process which takes 1-2 days, and it is initiated the same day if the order was placed before our cut off times and the next business day if the order was placed at or after our cut off time 3. Once you order is packed and ready to be picked by the carrier 4. Once it is picked you get the tracking number confirmation via email and the transit updates via email until delivered.
